EIDE is accredited by OSAKIDETZA (Basque Health Office, with authorisation no. 48527) for issuing the food handling license for the following professional fields:

Cook- Baker

Duration: 6 hours and 20 minutes in 2 days. Documentation required:

  • One photo (passport size)
  • Fill out application form
  • Photocopy of ID Card or Passport
  • Fee: 38€

Waiter

Duration: 3 hours in 1 day. Documentation required:

  • One photo (passport size)
  • Fill out application form
  • Photocopy of ID Card or Passport
  • Fee: 28€

Calendar

Courses will be take place depending on the number of participants. At least one course a month will take place.
